General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services on the 9awin platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, card games, virtual games, and all other betting activities.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply equally to the 9awin website (9awin.ws) and all associated digital platforms. They remain in effect regardless of whether you access the platform via mobile browser, desktop, or any other device.

Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with 9awin, the following conditions must be met. You will become an active member once registration is completed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to register on 9awin. Age verification may be requested at any time, including submission of a national ID or other government-issued document. Registering with a false age may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited — if detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any winnings will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

• During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number accurately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms and conditions apply to all financial transactions on 9awin. We are committed to ensuring fast and secure payments.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Deposits must be made from your own bank account or mobile banking only.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for your deposit.
• Typically completed within 3–15 minutes for mobile banking and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.

3.3 Currency & Taxes

9awin processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any applicable taxes or charges are the member's responsibility. 9awin may be required to share information with tax authorities as directed by law.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

9awin regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements. For example, if your bonus is ৳1,000 and the wagering requirement is 10x, you will need to place ৳10,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• A new bonus generally cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Bets on specific games must meet the minimum odds requirement — the applicable odds conditions will be stated in each bonus's details.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as arbitrage betting — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

4.3 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus for new members is available on the first deposit only. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus through multiple accounts or by other means will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

Betting Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all betting activity on 9awin. Familiarising yourself with these rules is essential for a proper betting experience.

5.1 Bet Settlement

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Always review your bet slip — team, amount, and odds — before confirming.

5.2 Match Cancellation & Postponement

• If a match is not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled date, the bet will be considered void.
• The stake of a cancelled bet will be returned to the member's balance.
• If a leg in an accumulator bet is voided, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.0.

5.3 Odds Changes

In live betting, odds may change at the moment a bet is confirmed. If the updated odds are not acceptable, the bet will be cancelled and your stake will be refunded. For pre-match bets, confirmed odds will not change.

5.4 Maximum Winnings Cap

Single bets and accumulator bets may be subject to a maximum payout cap. If winnings exceed the specified limit, only the maximum amount will be paid out.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under 9awin's Terms & Conditions. Engaging in any of these may result in account termination and legal action.

• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences across platforms to make risk-free profits.
• Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or identities.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Collusion: Placing bets in collusion with other members.
• Match Fixing: Participation in any form of match-fixing or fraudulent activity.
• Software Hacking: Attempting to manipulate the platform's system or alter game outcomes.

Account Suspension & Closure

9awin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns.
• Security risks or technical issues.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

8.1 Self-Control Tools
